The Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center’s Aortic Program combines the expertise of cardiovascular surgeons, cardiologists and cardiovascular anesthesiologists to provide referring physicians and their patients with focused, same-day decisions and treatment options for aortic disease.

Following the mission of our founder, Dr. Michael E. DeBakey, we have organized experts in medical management, minimally invasive procedures and open surgical therapy to provide comprehensive evaluation and exemplary treatment of patients with known or suspected aortic disease.
