Pulmonary Pathology
The Pulmonary Pathology Service signs out the lung transplant biopsies for the Houston Methodist Lung Transplant Service and provides subspecialty consultation on difficult pulmonary biopsies and lung resections for the hospitals in the Houston Methodist System at a daily Houston Methodist Pulmonary Pathology Consensus Conference. The Service presents the pathology component of the weekly Houston Methodist Thoracic Tumor Board and teaches a twice-monthly didactic Pulmonary Pathology Conference for pathology residents and fellows.
