Biography

Dr. Ahsan earned his medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Mt. Sinai Morningside West in New York City, followed by a General Cardiology fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla where he served as Chief Cardiology Fellow.

He then pursued sub-specialty training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology at Houston Methodist Hospital, after which he joined the Heart Failure Division at Methodist Debakey Heart and Vascular Center as faculty.
