Patient Experience

Patient Navigators

Houston Methodist Neuroscience & Spine Center at Sugar Land features a unique patient care navigation service, designed to help you receive all-encompassing care from diagnosis and treatment through rehabilitation services. Our patient navigators will be your first point of contact and will refer you to the appropriate physicians and/or therapists. They will facilitate appointments with your team of specialists, as well as coordinate other health appointment needs that may arise during your care.  In addition, our patient navigators will remain in communication with you throughout the process, serving as a personal advocate for care. A physician referral is not required to become one of our patients. However, if you have been referred by a physician, our patient navigators will also make it a priority to communicate with your physician.
