What to do in the event of an On the Job injury

  • Complete an employee on the job accident report in STARS found in Tools and Resources – Reporting Incidents section on The HUB.
  • Contact Employee Health at your entity specific location or report directly to your entity specific Employee Health location during business hours.
  • If after Employee Health business hours, weekends or holidays and the injury requires emergency treatment, report to the nearest Houston Methodist Emergency Department.
