Sarah plans to pursue a PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency in her areas of interest, which include solid organ transplant, infectious disease, and pediatrics. She is currently an active member of the Rho Chi Honor Society, the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), and the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists (AAPP). She previously held two officer positions for APhA and served as the Community Service Chair for both Rho Chi and AAPP. She also worked as an academic tutor in pharmaceutics and microbiology. Outside of pharmacy, Sarah enjoys reading, swimming, and spending time with her friends and family. Her electives at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital include ambulatory oncology, critical care, and infectious diseases.

Melody intends to pursue a combined PGY1 and PGY2 in her areas of interest, which include critical care and emergency medicine. Currently, Melody is a second-term director for the Capital Area Pharmacy Association and has served as President of Kappa Epsilon and Co-President of Know Your Medicine, where she was previously the Senior Research Team Lead. She remains active on her college’s Curriculum Committee as well as in the Texas Pharmacy Association. Throughout pharmacy school, she has worked as a pharmacy technician at both St. David’s Medical Center and Ascension Seton Hays, and has served as an advanced academic assistant in the Sterile Intravenous Compounding Lab. Outside of pharmacy, Melody enjoys hiking with her dog, Maggie, doing hands‐on creative projects, and spending time with her family and friends. Her electives at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital include critical care, emergency medicine, and ambulatory oncology.
