At Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital, we strive to make sure you and your family feel comfortable from the moment you walk through our door. Whether you’re coming to us as a patient or as a visitor, we want to make your experience as stress-free as possible. Visitor Information

Time with family and friends is an important part of a patient’s healing. Each of our rooms has furniture that transitions into a bed. A nurse can also provide a pillow and blanket for a visitor who wishes to spend the night. Our Patient Guide provides helpful information about ATMs, Wi-Fi connectivity and more.

 

  • Visiting hours – Visiting hours vary depending on the department and needs of the patients. Entrances to the hospital are locked at 9 p.m. Please enter through the emergency department after this time.

  • Parking – Free parking is available in the lots in front of the main entrance off Houston Methodist Drive, as well as in front of the south lobby, located off Space Park Drive. 
  • Spiritual care – Regardless of your religion or faith, we provide you with resources to fulfill your spiritual needs while visiting us. The chapel is located on the first floor off the main lobby. A schedule of services is posted outside the chapel. 
  • Dining options – We provide on-campus dining options for visitors at the following locations:
    • Lunar Express Café – first floor, south lobby
      Hours: 7 a.m. –  6 p..m., Monday – Friday
    • Starbucks — first floor, main lobby
      Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Friday; 6:30 a.m. –  3 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday
