The Professional Pathways Program administered by the Office of Culture & Engagement (OCE) is a 10-week virtual professional development experience designed to support undergraduate students in building their professional identity, strengthening leadership skills and exploring career pathways, particularly within health care administration and related fields.
Through interactive sessions, guided reflection and real-world applications, participants develop essential skills in leadership, communication, collaboration and career planning. Students will also expand their professional network and complete a capstone project aligned with their personal and professional goals.
Program Requirements
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 grading scale). Must be eligible for continued enrollment
• Selected participants must be available to complete the entire 10-week program (June 9 - Aug. 11, 2026)
• Participation in the program is approximately 90 minutes per week virtually, with required engagement assignments between sessions
Program Structure
Participants will engage in:
• Weekly 90-minute virtual sessions
• Interactive discussions and breakout activities
• Weekly reflection and skill-building assignments
• Networking and professional outreach activities
• A final capstone project and presentation

• Acceptance Notified: Week of May 18, 2026
• Acceptance Deadline: May 29, 2026
