Fitness programs include:
- Houston Methodist Fitness Express – a six- to 12-week program with fitness coaching and a focus on basic cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises
- Personal training – an expert will tailor a fitness routine to your fitness goals. Personal trainers help increase fitness levels, meet weight loss goals and oversee strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular workouts
- Personal fitness assessment – an initial assessment evaluates cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, flexibility and body weight and fat. Participants receive personalized fitness plans. Follow-up assessments can be arranged to measure progress
