Elizabeth Reynolds is a licensed professional counselor who specializes in individual, couples, family, and affirming LGBTQIA+ care. Her main goal is to provide you and your loved ones with a safe and supportive space to develop insight, learn healthy coping skills, and improve the quality of your relationships.  

Elizabeth holds an M.S. in Counseling from SMU and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She has worked in The SMU Center for Family Counseling, The Resource Center (Dallas’ local LGBTQIA+ community service organization), as well as several after school programs in the non-profit world. She came to Houston because of her desire to cultivate mental health and wellness amongst Houston Methodist Hospital’s workforce and their families.
