Houston Methodist Continuing Care Hospital is a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) that proudly serves the Greater Houston area, focused on the needs of patients requiring extended hospitalization.  Located in Katy, with a satellite location in the Texas Medical Center, we are committed to providing our patients with the unparalleled safety, quality, service, and innovation the community expects from Houston Methodist. Our Katy location accepts certain patients, while our Texas Medical Center location admits internal transfers only.
