Dr. Mimi Courtney Arnold is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She brings warmth, thoughtfulness, and steadiness to her work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Her relational approach incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy, supporting individuals and couples in moving toward what feels meaningful and authentic in their lives.
Dr. Arnold has a particular expertise in working with individuals experiencing psychosis.
