ANN KIMBALL AND
JOHN W. JOHNSON CENTER FOR CELLULAR THERAPEUTICS Virtual Discussion

On January 20, 2022, Brenda and Marc Watts hosted the Ann Kimball and John W. Johnson Center for Cellular Therapeutics virtual discussion. We enjoyed learning from Drs. Sostman, Appel, Gaber, Nichols and Pingali about the promising cell-based research being conducted at the Johnson Center and from Drs. Lincoln and Kota about how the new lab facilitates the production of these therapies for the benefit of our patients. Through the Johnson Center, Houston Methodist researchers can now access the resources necessary to develop cellular therapeutics, manufacture them in-house and bring them to the patients’ bedsides.
