Upon completion of his Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Ashmal plans to complete a PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency. His practice areas of interest include cardiology, critical care, and internal medicine. Currently, he is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, National Community Pharmacists Association, Phi Lambda Sigma, and Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists. He previously served as president of the Culture Diversity Committee, president and founding member of the Rising Health Foundation, historian of the National Community Pharmacists Association and peer mentor of the ASPIR2E program. In his spare time, Ashmal enjoys cooking, traveling, and fishing. His current electives at Houston Methodist West Hospital include critical care, emergency medicine and infectious disease.

Collins Enwerem

Upon completion of his Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Collins plans to complete a PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency. His practice areas of interest include critical care, infectious disease, and internal medicine. Currently, he is an active member of the Rho Chi Honor Society, Student National Pharmaceutical Association, Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and a founding member of the Global Alliance for Maternity and Child Health. He has been selected to serve in the Grassroot Advocacy Committee for the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists. He previously served as president of the African Pharmacy Student Association at TSU and as a senator of the TSU Student Government Association. In his free time, Collins enjoys playing video games, jogging and spending time with family. His current electives at Houston Methodist West Hospital include emergency medicine and hospital leadership administration.

Upon completion of his Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Wuen plans to complete a PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency. His practice areas of interest include ambulatory care, critical care and emergency medicine. Currently, he is an active member of the Rho Chi Honor Society, the Student College of Clinical Pharmacy, the Student National Pharmaceutical Association, and the Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists. He previously served as vice president of the Mexican American Pharmacy Student Association at UH and treasurer of Rho Chi Honor Society. In his spare time, Wuen enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. His current electives at Houston Methodist West Hospital include critical care and emergency medicine.

Shireen Rasheed

Upon completion of her Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Shireen plans to complete a PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency. Her practice areas of interest include cardiology, transitions of care, and ambulatory care. Currently, she is an active member of the American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists, Phi Lambda Sigma, Rho Chi Honor Society, and Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She previously served as vice president of patient care projects for the American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists, the Power to End Stroke chair for the Student National Pharmaceutical Association, and as the deputy training director of the Texas A&M Health Science Center Disaster Day Committee. In her spare time, Shireen enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, kickboxing and spending time with family and friends. Her current electives at Houston Methodist West Hospital include critical care and transitions of care.
