  • Following an initial individual assessment and introductory phase, patients participate in 16 hours of weekly group programming.
  • Our transdiagnostic program is ideal for patients whose engagement, progress, or enjoyment in life has been compromised by problems with moods, emotions, painful thought processes, difficult interpersonal patterns or avoidance.
  • We provide an environment conducive to helping our patients choose behaviors that align with their personal life goals, even in the presence of struggle, difficult internal experiences and external challenges.
  • The Intensive Outpatient program blends elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavorial Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy within a group support context.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

TMS utilizes magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain and is an alternative to electroconvulsive therapy (ECT)

Duration: 6-8 week non-invasive treatment for resistant depression

Cost: $13,500+

  • 5 days a week (Monday through Friday)
  • 30-40 total treatment sessions (each session approximately 37 minutes)

The Harmony Center for Brain Stimulation

As a safe alternative to traditional prescription medication, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is ideal for patients suffering from depression, anxiety or significant medication side effects.

Duration: 6-8 weeks, comprised of 30 to 40 sessions (45-minute sessions are completed Monday-Friday)

  • TMS, also known as non-invasive brain stimulation intervention, utilizes magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells
  • TMS is known to reduce symptoms for individuals with “treatment-resistant” disorders
  • This procedure does not require surgery or sedation of any kind

Center for Emotional Regulation

Emotional dysregulation can be the cause of many mental disorders including major depression, anxiety, substance abuse, post traumatic stress disorder and borderline personality disorder. Instances of emotional dysregulation often stimulate intense emotional suffering, catastrophic behaviors and malicious cycles of emotional avoidance. The center aims to advance the understanding of complex physiological and psychological processes to better provide high quality clinical care.
