Kula Moore (she/her) is a board certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor supervisor. With a background in community counseling, outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care, she is interested in BIPOC mental healthcare, young adult issues, and creative approaches to therapy with diverse populations. Kula practices mentalizing-based therapy and appreciates working with people with mood and personality disorders, trauma and attachment issues. She also enjoys teaching and supervising new art therapists and counselors; and is the author of Mentalizing in Group Art Therapy: Interventions for Emerging Adults. When Kula is not working, she is hanging out with her kids, traveling with her husband, or voraciously listening to audiobooks.
