Please Read Before You Register...

• This year there is a nominal charge for admission ($10/nurse, $15/guest) to ensure an accurate headcount. The funds collected will go to each hospital’s nursing endowment fund.
• When registering, the form checks your Houston Methodist 7-digit employee ID against your Houston Methodist email address. If you are unable to register, please contact nursesgala@houstonmethodist.org.
• You will NOT receive a wristband(s) prior to the gala. ONLY your employee badge will allow entrance into the gala for you and your guest. This is your ticket.
• You can register via credit card or payroll deduction.
• No refunds will be issued. Please make sure you can attend before registering.
• Event registration is non-transferable.
• This event is only open to nurses employed by Houston Methodist and their guests (one guest per employee). No one under 18 will be admitted.
• If you do not yet know if you are bringing a guest, please wait to register until you have confirmed.
• You will NOT be able to register at the event. You must register prior to the gala’s registration deadline.
• Registration will close on Monday, April 20, at 5 p.m.*
• Please make sure to bring your employee badge. This is your ticket. You and your invited guest must enter the event at the same time. Guests cannot enter unaccompanied by a Houston Methodist employee.
• If parking in the Marriott Avenida North parking garage please remember to bring your parking ticket inside to validate and receive a discounted rate (no discount if parking the Avenida South Garage.)

*If event capacity is reached prior to registration close date, registration will close earlier.
