Registration for the 19th Annual Nurses Week Celebration Gala is now closed.

Step into a world of mystery and elegance at the Marriott Marquis as we honor the extraordinary nurses of Houston Methodist. This year’s theme, Masquerade, promises an enchanting evening of celebration, filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments. Join us at the 2025 Nurses Gala as we illuminate the night in their honor!

Fees collected from your registration will go to your hospital’s Nursing Endowment Fund. There will be no refunds, and tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door. Online registration is required to attend this event for you and your guest.

NEW THIS YEAR! TWO dance floors and TWO DJs! There will be a large dance floor and DJ in both ballrooms.

Houston Methodist employees are required to bring their employee badges for check-in at the event. Wristbands will no longer serve as tickets; your badge will be your “ticket” instead.

NOTE: Guests who are not Houston Methodist employees must be accompanied by the inviting Houston Methodist employee.

The gala will be held from 7 to 11 p.m., with food stations available until 9:30 p.m. Each registered guest will receive one complimentary drink ticket for alcoholic beverages. Additional drink tickets can be purchased upon arrival at the venue on the day of the event.

Parking will be available for a reduced rate in the Avenida North Parking Garage. There are entrances via Rusk and Capitol Streets. Access to hotel via the sky bridge on the 2nd floor. Valet will also be available.

Valet- $36 plus tax
Self Parking- $19 plus tax
Overnight - Standard overnight rates apply (even with sleeping room reservations in room block)
