Two new physicians are joining Houston Methodist Primary Care Group’s Sugar Land practices in an effort to further expand the high-quality primary care available to patients in the Fort Bend community.
  
Rueywen Chen, M.D., board certified in family medicine, will join the seven physicians at the practice located on the Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital campus at 16605 Southwest Freeway, Suite 400. Chen is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and she specializes in both preventive care and the treatment of acute illness in patients of all ages. Prior to joining Houston Methodist Primary Care Group, Chen practiced medicine in the Sugar Land area for over 10 years.
 
Remilekun Dosumu Agbe-Davies, M.D., will join Adrianne Scruggs, M.D., at the practice located in the First Colony area at 4660 Sweetwater Blvd., Suite 210. Agbe-Davies is board certified in both internal medicine and geriatric medicine. She specializes in preventive care as well as the management and treatment of a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions that affect adults. Before joining Houston Methodist Primary Care Group, Agbe-Davies was a primary care physician in private practice for the past five years.
