About Stephen D'Amico
"As a speech-language pathologist, I believe in creating a therapeutic space that encourages my patients to explore all the functional possibilities of their vocal mechanism. While navigating a voice change can be challenging, I strive to introduce my patients to tools that allow them to regain a sense of control and confidence in their voice so they can continue to share it with those who matter most to them."
Stephen D'Amico is a licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist with a focus in voice and upper airway disorders. He completed his clinical fellowship training at the Texas Voice Center at Houston Methodist, where he continues to practice on an interdisciplinary team of voice- specialized SLPs and ENTs. He holds a MS in Speech Language Pathology from Stony Brook University and BM in Vocal Performance from New England Conservatory. His background as a performer and speech-pathologists aids him in the specialty rehabilitation of singers and professional voice users. He is passionate about vocal health and wellness and advancing collaborative care in the evaluation and management of patients seeking treatment for changes in voice and upper airway function.
