About Dr. Stephanie Y. Chen
"I am dedicated to taking care of each patient as if they were a family member. I strive to provide comprehensive and thoughtful care for my patients. Dr. Stephanie Y. Chen is a board-certified otolaryngologist and native Texan. After growing up in Austin, she completed her undergraduate degree in Piano Performance at The Juilliard School while taking classes at Columbia University through the Columbia-Juilliard Exchange. While there, she discovered her passion for medicine.
After graduating, she completed a post-baccalaureate premedical program at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Chen obtained her medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons before completing residency training in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Washington University in St. Louis. She then completed a year of advanced fellowship training in head and neck surgical oncology and microvascular reconstruction at Emory University prior to returning to Texas.
