ATTENTION:
Sandeep Sahay, MD, MSc, FCCP, ATSF is associate professor, Weill Cornell Medicine, and the Director of the pulmonary hypertension program at the Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston, Texas, US. With a passion for improving patient outcomes, his research is focused on pulmonary arterial hypertension and PH-ILD. He is Principal Investigator on multiple phase 2 and 3 clinical trials investigating newer therapies for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
He is invited to participate in many scientific steering committees, national leadership roles, guideline panels and in decision making roles with the American Thoracic Society, European Respiratory Society, Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute, and the American College of Chest Physician. He is a former chair of the American College of Chest Physicians' Pulmonary Vascular Diseases section. He is member of the PHA's scientific leadership council. He received the prestigious outstanding clinician award from the American Thoracic Society in 2025.

Effective September 23, 2026, Dr. Sandeep Sahay will no longer practice with Houston Methodist Specialty Physicians Group-Division of Pulmonary. He as accepted a position with Baylor Scott & White Health at Baylor University Medical Center, located at 3410 Worth St., Dallas, TX 75246
