Dr. Patrick Prazak received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas in 2021. He completed his primary care sports medicine fellowship at Houston Methodist Willowbrook in Houston, Texas. He is board certified in primary care sports medicine and family medicine.
