My family medicine and sports medicine training allow me to treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues, while also managing wellness checks and sick visits. I strive to give each patient a care plan that addresses their concerns and returns them to the activities they love.”
Dr. Myphuong Theresa Phan is a fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician with board certification in family medicine and certificate of added qualification in sports medicine.
She completed medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and her Family Medicine Residency at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. She completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.
Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the Texas Medical Association.
