About Dr. Marianne B. Peck
"I strive to create a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing their issues and concerns. For my patients who are pregnant, I focus on individualized care to make sure that the pregnancy management is targeted to each person’s unique issues. For my patients with gynecologic concerns, I use my clinical expertise to find a solution, whether medical or surgical, that works for them."
ATTENTION:
Dr. Marianne Peck is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital. She cares for women ages 16 and older.
Dr. Peck is a native Texan and received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2009. She completed a four-year residency in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. During her time as a resident, she was chosen as resident of the year twice and received the resident research and professionalism awards. She was also selected as the administrative chief resident during her final year.
Dr. Peck has extensive surgical training in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. In addition to this, she is an experienced obstetrician and is comfortable managing both high and low risk pregnancies. She also manages well woman care, contraception, pre-pregnancy counseling, menstrual dysfunction and issues associated with menopause.

Effective August 29, 2026, Dr. Marianne Peck will no longer practice with Houston Methodist Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates in The Woodlands.
A medical records release is not required for patients who choose to continue receiving care from another Houston Methodist provider. Patients should contact the office at 936-270-3662 for any questions regarding future treatment needs or to make an appointment with one of Dr. Peck’s colleagues at Houston Methodist Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates in The Woodlands.
Patients who would like to request a copy or transfer of medical records may contact the Medical Records Department at 713-394-6428. Please keep in mind, it may take up to fifteen (15) business days for records to be released.
