'Dr. Azi', as he is known by his patients, is Board Certified in the field of Colon and Rectal & General surgery. He has performed thousands of colon & rectal and general surgical operations and offers more than 22 years of surgical experience and training.
He is a member of numerous surgical societies including the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. He has authored 21 research articles in scientific journals and has delivered numerous lectures in regional, national and international colorectal conferences.
Dr. Azimuddin is an active member of the community. He believes in 'Service Above Self' and is a member of the Rotary International. He has been named a Paul Harris Fellow and has received the 'Distinguished Service Award' (two of the highest awards conferred by Rotary International).
