My goal as a physician is to partner with patients to provide high quality medical care, and getting them back to doing the things they love the most! I strongly believe in exercise is medicine, and take great pride in helping individuals remain active.
Jeremy Fleeks is a board-certified family medicine physician with additional fellowship training in sports medicine. He is located in the north Houston area and is committed to providing the highest quality medical care to the individuals and communities he has the privilege to serve. He has a passion for helping others get and stay active, so they can continue to do the things they love. His clinical focus is general wellness, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal issues. His hobbies include physical fitness, watching and attending sporting events, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family.
