About Dr. Ijeoma Agu Mbadugha

Ijeoma Agu Mbadugha, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon at Houston Methodist Urogynecology Associates in Clear Lake. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Illinois and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston. At the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, she completed her fellowship in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery.
Dr. Mbadugha's clinical interests include pelvic organ prolapse, bladder disorders, urinary incontinence procedures, fecal incontinence, urodynamic testing and evaluation, genitourinary syndrome of menopause and laparoscopic and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery.
Her professional activity includes the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the American Urogynecologic Society.
