Dr. Fariha Salman is a board-certified endocrinologist with Houston Methodist Endocrinology Associates - Clear Lake. She earned her medical degree from Fatima Jinnah Medical College for Women in Lahore, Pakistan before completing her residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore (Wakefield) Campus in Bronx, New York. During her residency, she served as Chief Medical Resident, reflecting her leadership and commitment to clinical excellence.
Dr. Salman went on to complete fellowship training in Endocrinology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is also board certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. With a clinical focus on diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other complex hormonal and metabolic conditions, Dr. Salman is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, individualized care to help her patients achieve lasting health and wellness.
