ATTENTION:
Dr. Chinemelum Orizu is an obstetrician and gynecologist who earned her medical degree from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Bayfront Health Obstetrics & Gynecology in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she earned several honors, including the Patient Satisfaction Award and Resident Academic Achievement Award.
Dr. Orizu's clinical interests include general and high-risk obstetrics, as well as minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgeries. She is a member of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Society of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons.

Effective September 12, 2026 Dr. Chinemelum Orizu will no longer practice with Houston Methodist Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates – Clear Lake.
A medical records release is not required for patients who choose to continue receiving care from another Houston Methodist OB/GYN Physician. Patients should contact the office at 832-783-2330 for any questions regarding future treatment needs or to make an appointment with one of our other OB/GYN Physicians.
