Kenneth Brooks, M.D., a fellowship-trained orthopedic and sports medicine physician specializing in arthroscopy and joint replacement, is joining the Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team at Houston Methodist St. John Hospital.

Brooks is a highly trained surgeon with 10 years of experience performing advanced orthopedic procedures. He has cared for patients in the Greater Bay Area for the past seven years. His areas of expertise include reconstructive surgery of the knee, hip, and shoulder. Brooks also specializes in minimally invasive and arthroscopic surgery to perform cartilage, ligament, and tendon repair and restoration, meniscus preservation, and resurfacing of the knee and shoulder.

“I look forward to bringing my complementary skill set to the Orthopedics & Sports Medicine group already in place at Houston Methodist St. John,” Brooks said. “In addition, my experience in the care of athletes and my special interest in joint repair and replacement will contribute to the comprehensive care team for the active population we serve.”

Brooks will join Drs. Edward Lee, Jason Leaseburg, and Javier Rios on April 8, 2016, and see patients at 2020 NASA Parkway, Suite 230 in Nassau Bay.
