The C. James & Carole Walter Looke Family Pavilion is Houston Methodist Hospital’s new premium in-patient unit designed to combine the best in medical and surgical care with luxurious amenities and top-tier patient services.
The Pavilion is located on the 21st floor of Walter Tower and is easily accessible through secure entrances. The unit’s contemporary finishing, open cityscape views and modern artwork create an uplifting, sunlit atmosphere to promote comfort and recovery.

Our elegant décor and spacious hospital suites are designed to put you at ease. The Looke Family Pavilion’s extra-large and beautifully furnished 24 suites provide a luxurious and hotel-like environment, available in one- or two-room floor plans for the comfort of both patients and visitors.
Our amenities include daily newspapers, spa robes, premium linen, safes, toiletry kits, bidet, hair dryer, large screen TV, in-room beverage coolers and complimentary daily valet parking. We offer a business center located on the floor for printing, copying and faxing. Additionally, a patient liaison is available to assist with all non-medical needs.
Specialized Services for Our International Patients
As part of our commitment to personal attention, our staff works closely with Houston Methodist Global Health Care Services to provide specialized services for our international patients. These services include a multilingual patient liaison available at all times, in person or by live video, to provide language interpretation, appointment scheduling, billing services, assistance with air ambulance arrangements, transportation needs and any other service that international patients request.
Extraordinary Cuisine Prepared by Our Dedicated Chef
The Looke Family Pavilion has a private kitchen with room service available from early morning until evening. Our menu offers a wide range of dishes prepared by our dedicated chef and kitchen team. Guest trays are available for an additional charge. Morning and afternoon tea is offered daily for our patients and guests. Patients can meet with our chef to customize menus. Every effort is made to accommodate special requests including arranging events such as birthdays, anniversaries and holidays.

The Pavilion is designed to make your hospital stay as comfortable as possible. It is a private, secured unit that requires special access for entering. In addition to our spacious rooms, our comfortable family lounges offer a peaceful place for you and your guests to relax and visit.
