MyChart Central

MyChart Central gives you the ability to link your MyChart accounts for all of your health care organizations in one place. If you get care from more than one health care organization, MyChart Central lets you link your accounts so you can use a single login to access them all. You can also access MyChart Central from your phone in the MyChart mobile app or from your computer.
