Adjusting to COVID-19: Houston's New Social Contract

While the number of COVID-19 cases has plateaued in communities across the country, including in Houston, we're not yet finished with this virus. It hasn't been easy, but early action by our city leaders and the united response from the entire community has "flattened the curve" here in Houston.

Now, we must all do our part to keep the curve flat as the virus continues to live among us.

In the video above, Dr. Marc Boom, president and CEO of Houston Methodist, explains the importance of each and every one of us staying committed to our new social contract — which will be a critical part of preventing the spread of COVID-19 for quite some time.
