The first doses of COVID-19 vaccine arrived at our hospital early this morning. And while distributing this vaccine to our 26,000 employees will require immense coordination, we've been preparing for weeks.

In fact, we rehearsed with a dry run — a simulation to practice how we are going to transport, receive and administer the very first shot.
