Description
Observational study to evaluate factors associated with the absence of coronary plaque in individuals with cardiovascular risk factors. The study is employing a comprehensive approach, including coronary CTA, abdominal non-contrast CT, and detailed biomarker profiling. Identifying the factors associated with plaque resilience could revolutionize risk stratification models, inform novel therapeutic targets, and provide critical insights into the prevention of CAD. This study aims to advance the field by elucidating the biological and clinical characteristics that confer protection against atherosclerosis. This study does not involve an investigational drug or device. The study aims to collect data from 300 participants (100 annually for three years) to establish a deeper understanding of resilience mechanisms in coronary artery disease.
