Accreditation and Credit Designation Statements
The Methodist Hospital System is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Methodist Hospital System designates this live activity for a maximum of 18.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The Methodist Hospital System is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Up to 18.5 contact hours of continuing nursing education may be earned by attending selected sessions in their entirety and completing the corresponding items on the evaluation tool.

Other Healthcare Professionals who participate in this CME activity may submit their Statements of Attendance to their appropriate accrediting organizations or state boards for consideration of credit. The participant is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education.
