With a recent gift from Blanca and Cavanaugh O’Leary, my peers and I can begin to build a team for applying neuromodulation therapeutics across the Houston Methodist system — funding medical tools for clinical trials and building results that will allow our researchers to seek industry and federal funding. It will also help lay the groundwork for physician education and a sought-after treatment network that I foresee for both patients and physicians.
