Library Resources
Houston Methodist faculty and staff can access our library resources through MARS.
Houston Methodist Hospital provides professional library services to meet the information needs of all hospital employees, faculty, medical staff, trainees and other affiliated health and research professionals. Our resources support their activities relating to patient care, research, education, administration and other specialized services provided by the hospital.
The Professional Education Center at Houston Methodist Hospital provides access to library resources in comfortable surroundings with computer access, electronic books and journals, small group study space, as well as individual and group instruction. The library houses the Ellard M. Yow Memorial Collection, The Chaplaincy Collection, Edwin Ory Infectious Disease Collection and Conference Room, and the Richard Eppright Physician Computer Center. It is staffed by medical librarians Monday through Friday, and available after 5 p.m. with badge access or by appointment.
