Description
Prospective longitudinal single-center, cohort study to investigate the association between lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] and plaque progression and the presence of high-risk plaque features (low-density plaque, napkin-ring sign, spotty calcification, and positive remodeling), as well as pericoronary adipose tissue attenuation. No investigational drugs or therapeutic interventions. The study involves standard CCTA imaging and blood sampling that will be performed for research purposes.
