Board-certified neurologist Jinal Shah, M.D., is joining the staff of Houston Methodist Sugar Land Neurology Associates, effective Oct. 1. Shah comes to Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital from CHI St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan, Texas.

 

Shah is a graduate of Saba University School of Medicine in Netherland-Antilles, Caribbean. He completed both his residency and internship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, before joining St. Dominic Hospital, also in Jackson.

Shah will treat common neurological diseases including stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, headaches, Parkinson’s disease, sleep disorders, multiple sclerosis and more. He joins Carisa Liew, D.O., Rony Ninan, M.D., Larry Tran, M.D., and Toby Yaltho, M.D. on staff.
