Sportsmetrics was designed by an orthopedic surgeon, along with athletic trainers and physical therapists, to reduce the risk of injury and enhance performance, specifically to prevent ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injury. Sportsmetrics reinforces the importance of proper form during athletic participation through the repetition of specialized drills.
