Positive Brain Training
Positive brain training improves the functioning and communication between networks within the brain. Positivity training sessions are short, usually 10 to 20 minutes a day for a 20 to 30 day period. This compressed method rapidly changes the way the brain functions and positive changes are generally noticed early on. The training sessions train your brain to look for positives the way it is already trained to look for negative, fight or flight situations.
