Medical Weight Management Program

The Medical Weight Management Program is a specialized program designed to safely jump start your weight loss while empowering you with the tools to maintain it. Our team of medical professionals guides you through a three-phase treatment plan, beginning with rapid initial weight loss and gradually transitioning to a regular diet. This medically monitored and supervised program teaches you essential skills to achieve and maintain a healthier weight, and offers ongoing personal support and education.

Program Features

  • Rapid weight loss of 2-5 lbs. per week
  • Use of a medically formulated, very low-calorie, low-carbohydrate and high-protein meal replacement beverage
  • Weekly medical monitoring by clinic staff
  • Weekly classes on behavioral change or nutrition led by licensed professionals


To qualify:

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your BMI is 30 or greater

The Phases Have Changed!

  • New Beginning (Previously Phase 1) Rapid Weight Loss phase
    Complete daily nutrition through four delicious beverages will help you lose an average of two to five pounds per week. The beverages come in 12 flavors: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, pineapple apricot, lemon, hot cocoa, chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, mocha, chocolate with fiber, cream of chicken and cream of tomato. Weekly group sessions focus on behavior changes, such as curbing emotional eating and identifying eating triggers, while classes provide nutrition information to participants.
  • My Journey (Previously Phase 2) Transition to Food
    A gradual transition to food through a guided, reduced calorie diet will help you continue to lose weight. Weekly group sessions focus on nutrition and exercise and examine topics such as food content and metabolism. You will work one-on-one with a dietitian to support your transition.
  • Medical Weight Management Program
  • Living IT (Previously Phase 3) Maintenance
    This is an exciting time and a milestone in the weight loss journey. Participation in Living I.T. helps the individual maintain focus. Participants continue to use tools and knowledge gained from their journey in New Beginnings and My Journey and learn additional behavior, nutrition and exercise skills needed for continued weight loss or maintenance. In addition, group members support each other and share strategies for success.
