Houston Methodist Fitness Express
This six- to twelve-week program offers fitness coaching and focuses on the basics of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises.
Improve your fitness level under the watchful eye of an expert who will tailor a fitness routine to your individual fitness goals. Personal trainers focus on increasing fitness levels, assisting in weight loss goals, and overseeing strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular activities.
Personal Fitness Assessment
This initial assessment evaluates cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body weight and body fat. Participants will receive a personalized fitness plan. Follow-up assessments can be provided to measure progress.
A variety of fitness classes are available and can be tailored to individual fitness levels.
