Quit and Get Fit Tobacco Cessation Program
Individual counseling sessions and guidance based on exercise, good nutrition and effective stress management strategies. Participants will work individually with a trained specialist to set a quit date, develop a cessation plan and monitor their progress as they quit for good. A Fitness assessment and consultation, a massage, and a session with a registered dietician are included.
