Perform immunohistochemistry, primary tissue culture of retinoblastoma tumors, invasion assays, and molecular studies in order to characterize metastatic and non-metastatic retinoblastoma, to investigate the cell of origin of retinoblastoma, and to study the role of cancer stem cells.
