Biography

Dr. Estep received numerous honors during his education and postdoctoral training, including membership in the prestigious Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society, and awards for Most Outstanding Resident Instructor and Most Outstanding Clinical Cardiology Fellow. He assumed his position at Methodist in 2007.

Description of Research

Dr. Estep conducts clinical trails of novel therapies and investigational new drugs in patients with decompensated heart failure and mechanical circulatory support/LVADS for heart failure.
