Robert E. Fromm, M.D., M.P.H.

After completing his postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health in 1988, Dr. Fromm joined the faculty at the Baylor College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. He became an Associate Professor there just two years later. Dr. Fromm has co-authored several books on critical care, including the Handbook of Practical Critical Care Medicine. He holds memberships in numerous medical societies and is a reviewer on several medical journals including the American Journal of Emergency Medicine and the Journal of General Internal Medicine. Dr. Fromm joined The Methodist Hospital Physician Organization in 2007.
Dr. Fromm’s research focuses on clinical investigations of acute cardiovascular disease.
