Free Wireless Internet Access for Patients & Guests

Wireless internet access is available for patients and guests while on The Methodist Hospital (Texas Medical Center) campus. Please ask a staff member to assist you with connecting to this service while you are visiting our offices.

Pharmacy Services

Walgreens Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy located on the second floor of Scurlock Tower. This pharmacy offers complimentary discharge prescription delivery service to all patients in The Methodist Hospital. In addition, our pharmacy also offers personal medication counseling, drug utilization review, specialty prescription compounding, free patient education materials, diabetic/medical supplies and other health products, over-the-counter items and unique gift merchandise.

Medication Refill Policy

Please have your pharmacy fax a request for a refill to 713-790-6470. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the office to handle this prescription. We do not accept requests for refills over the phone.

International Patients

The staff of Methodist International is accessible 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Multilingual patient representatives are available around-the-clock to help you with your clinical and non-clinical needs.

Prior to your appointment, the office staff will verify your insurance. At the time of your appointment, the office staff will collect applicable co-payments, co-insurance and deductible amounts.

In order to ensure that your medical claim processes correctly, please bring a copy of all of your valid medical insurance card(s) to your appointment. Please be sure to update your address and phone number so that we may contact you regarding any insurance questions surrounding your claim.
